Okay! I feel there are a few things that I need to go over with you all!

First- Acc Palace was a pain in my patootie! But, they are cheap and relatively quick...so I will be thankful for that!

Shipping from them to me was originally paid at 10%. The actual shipping charged was 12%. So, you will all see a 2% increase. That amount with either 1) come out of your refund or 2) be charged to you along with your shipping to you amount.

If you have any questions at all regarding your amount, please do not hesitate to post, pm, or e-mail me!! I have tried to look over everything several times...but I am only human- therefore, i make mistakes!!

If you are looking at the spreadsheet and trying to figure it all out... here is the key:

• Column O- I re-did everyone's order. I left all items ordered on there, but if it was OOS, I put the price in as 0.00 new total is in

• Column P- shipping was changed to 12%

• Column Q- buy fee remained the same

• Column R- total of all items, shipping, and buy fee

• Column S- paypal fees based on Column R

• Column T- total of Column R + Column S- this is your new final total

• Column U- this was the amount originally paid when first invoiced

• Column V- FOR OOS ITEMS ONLY-- this is the difference in the amount you originally paid and your new amount (due to OOS items). This total already has the 2% from shipping increase included into it.

• Column W- This is for everyone else what was not affected by OOS items. This is the 2% increase in shipping price that you now owe.

• Column X- the amount it costs to ship your package

• Column Y- FOR SOME PEOPLE WITH OOS ITEMS ONLY- this is the difference in your refund owed amount minus your shipping. This should be the amount that you get back from me in Paypal.

• Column Z- this is the amount of your 2% increase and your shipping total combined

• Column AA- paypal fees on Column AA

• Column AB- final total that I will invoice you

Other little tidbits of info... if your name is highlighted in....
GREY...I am all finished with your order. shipped and any refunds issued!!
PRUPLE..waiting on payment to clear
GREEN... waiting on payment
PINK... you have asked me to wait till ivory comes in/ UB order comes in
BLUE...haven't heard back from you

okay...i think that is everything! I may go ahead and invoice those that are waiting on ivory so that when it gets here, all I have to do is put it in the box and go! Because it is getting here on my dd's birthday...and I don't think she will like it if Mommy spends all day shipping other people's stuff! Plus, I have 13 tutu's and wands to make!

yup! lol try to remember that not too long ago postage rates went up! i made sure and printed the postage on all of the packages so no one would question it!! lol

it went out today.... and you are in CA.... so I am guessing 4 to 5 days? I dunno? it is coming from OK, priority mail

and actually...your box was on the verge of being $11.11!!!! I actually took it to the post office and weighed it to make sure it wasn't going to come back to me that it needed more postage!! it was 4lbs. 1 more oz and it would have been $11~!

whoa.... thats crazy... i put a hold on all my mail to be delivered to the post office instid of the apartment complex cause all packages that are too big for the mail box go to the office and my bf had to get insurance, pay truck registration and get his license back so.... we havent paid rent this month and if i go into the office asking for a package she will jump down my throat lol... so i was curious about the estimated arrival so i can go to the post office and pick it up...

ahhh!! Well, all of you should have gotten a shipping notice from paypal. If not, I can send you the DC #. Just use that to check and see when you get your package!!!

My mail guy is a hit and miss. He is super sweet and is normally always willing to help me out...but then again, I bake him muffins, cookies, and candy! You know for him to come pick up packages, you have to enter it online? I just call him up and ask him!!! LOL I think the whole post office knows me!! My husband thinks I am crazy! But, I learned early in life that a little bit of nice-ness goes a LONG way!!! OH! and did i mention that my post man doesn't normally come to my house...we have a box! he only comes to my actual house if i have a package or something. even things that need a signature, he will drive them over here for me to sign and get instead of making me drive over 5 miles to my post office. (we have one right down the street, but it is for a different town, so they don't get my mail!!!)

maybe next time you bake some cookies or something you can toss a few in a bagie and say "thanks for all you do"... slowly...i bet he might start delivering your packages!!

if i was in a small town that would work, but im in the heart of sacramento basically.. and our mail person changes all the time, and dont get here till 3-4pm. now if i still lived with my mom that would be a different story. she lives in a 1 horse town. all there is, is a post office, general store, fire department and a church!.. Seriously thats it. she live 12miles up in the middle of nowhere and she has bears and cougars and her neighbors. the nearest neighbor is over 500feet away. when my mom has a package her mail man brings them down to the house as well.. u two are lucky to have such a nice mail man..

I would be happy to pay you whenever I know my total. I'm waiting on 1/2 pkg of ivory to be added. If you want to do a mock weight & invoice me to avoid your daughter's b-day, I can pay sooner.
