Hello, i am sorry to have to post this here but i have no other choice. Up until the end of the group buy you were always online and now you are never online and your mailbox is full. Can you please tell us if the ribbon with UB was ordered. I lost out on a fair this weekend and i dont want to loose on the one for this weekend. Please give us an update if not please give me a refund for the money i paid in ref. to the ribbon. I need to order my stuff by today to get in time for Thursday. I am also aware that you refunded some of the girls there money so please if you didnt send me mine as well.
