Nah, not close by - we're the equivalent distance of like...Tampa to Denver, lol. I knew flat rate was that expensive - it's a good choice when you have lots of small items to squeeze in a box, but it is very expensive for one thing. I just don't know what else you could do for an item that size - as I said, it's the big ol' rolls that make it hard. Oh well, we will have to keep looking. Thank you for researching for us!
