Oh & by the way, about the fire retardant, I found this on the companies FAQ section:

Is your tulle fire retardant?
Our tulle will meet or exceed the fire retardant test for children’s apparel. The U.S. Government sets different standards for each application (i.e., there is a different test for sleepwear than there is for dresses). If you need the fabric to pass a particular test, we will test our fabric at an independent lab for a fee of approximately $100.00. We will send you the test results before the goods are shipped out.
