WAHM Shoppers - I need your help!

Ok, here is what I want to do, and I need your help to do it:

I want to split up my categories so that the categories are divided between HAIR BOWS, DIY BOWMAKING SUPPLIES, and PRODUCTS FOR MOM. Basically, I would just like the text to show, such as the GO SHOPPING and the INFORMATION text that is on my site. How do I do that?

I don't want to make those 3 things the first categories, then go into 12 subcategories for hair bow styles, then go into other subcategories for the sizes, etc. Actually, I don't even think that we can do the subcats for subcats, so that option is out anyways. Share some of that WAHM Shoppe expertise! Thanks! Corey
