Well the first thing you need to do is find out what you pay for the host. Who are you hosting with? Is it paid for by the month or by the year? Do you have a contract with the host. In other words, if you pay for it monthly, are you bound to a 1 year term contract? That is a question that will be asked by a prospective buyer. Next, what type traffic does your site generate? How many hits do you have "in general" per day? Do you promote your site through Google adwords and are you using google analytical to determine your traffic? What is your average daily, weekly, monthly or yearly sales? After you gather that information, you can then get a general idea about how much to charge. It is based pretty much on business principals just like in a brick and mortor business. In the short of it, it will depend on your gross and net sales and Web traffic generated.
