RIght now all the paper stuff and receipts are in a folder in my dresser - need to get a filing thing soon to seperate and be more organized. I will definately check into the safety deposit or a fireproof safe - thanks for the suggestion!

I went to Legal Zoom and filled out the information - they manage the progress for me and I get email updates or updates on their website. When I officially receive the paperwork which should be here soon, I will go to the irs site and apply for an EIN then go to my town and register as a business and also list in my chamber of commerce and set up a business checking account. I'm thinking about registering in another town as well close to me as it would attract certain clientele and I just need to pay their annual dues for this.
