I have an account with them! I haven't used it yet so I am not sure all the basics basically it is just like paypal without the fees! I did get $25 from them just for signing up It has already deposited into my checking account! With no fees!! If anyone is interested in creating an account let me know! If I send you a refereral email I get $10 Of Course you don't have to do it through me you can go right to the site and register!

Do most places accept it?

I believe customers do have to register to use it so that is kind of a downfall but if the word gets spread around that may not be an issue as then many people will have accounts.

There are no hidden costs that I know of everythings seems quite legit

They ask for it because it's FDIC insured, like a bank (Paypal is NOT FDIC insured), and just like a bank needs your SS# when you sign up with them.

Like I said above, it's a legit organization with a lot of big name executives. They use your SS# to verify your identity. Your ss# is already out there. It would be easy for anyone to get it simply paying for one of those services that gets info on people.

I signed up!!! The $25.00 was there quick. You do have to do the ss# because of it going through an actual bank. Due to the new terroist thing, they have to be able to verify you and your information as a new security measure. I am excited. I wish they had a link like PayPal for my website.
