I left it in there and bought in w/ the american craft ribbon buy, but if you link it to your bank account (like PayPal) you can move money either way for free.

have an account and love it, no fees whatsoever. i don't do paypal because of all the fees, i think rme is way better and hope that alot more businesses start to accept it

I was like you too in that I hated giving out my SS#; however, after doing A LOT of research on it, found out that not only is it completely legit, it is actually more safe than Paypal as it is backed by the FDIC. (Almost all banks are guaranteed with the FDIC in the event of theft, identity theft, fraud, etc.) Big names like Bank of America are involved with them.

I offer it as a payment option, but have not had anyone utilize it yet. When you are setting up your acct, just check "other" as payment options and then I just put a little blurb about being able to use the RME option in my shop announcement.
