please help

was wondering if anyone knows about this...i am finally getting my website up, i have a banner, i will post it below, when i go into photobucket to make the size of the image smaller and then put the code into the banner code, it is staying the same size, so that is my first question, and also, how do i insert the banner into emails, i use outlook express and i would like to put it in my emails so people can just click, but its not coming up, only the code is...any help would be great.....

Ok, it took me a few tries to get this too.

First, if you have photoshop, I would resize the image there - just make sure you save it as a .gif or .jpeg when you're done. Then reload to photobucket.

Another option is to upload the banner picture where you upload photos for your products on your site - the image doesn't HAVE to be in photobucket just hosted somewhere online.

Finally, to get it uploaded here, you need to go to USer CP --> Edit Signature

Upload your banner picture into the signature pic box (below the part where the code goes)

Then type the following into your signature box:

(URL="www.miasuniquebowtique.com"]
(SIGPIC)(/SIGPIC)(/URL]
(B]NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS
(URL="www.miasuniquebowtique.com"]TAGLINE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.[/url][/b]

Use brackets [ instead of parentheses ( - I did that so it wouldn't code in the message.

Hi Tina, were you wanting to upload your Banner into your Siggy? Here's what I helped w/ Angelsx3 last week. Altho this method is using uploading from your PC.

-->Go to Edit Signature

-->Scroll all the way down and you'll see Signature Picture box

There's 2 Option and I choose Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer

--> Upload your Banner by Clicking Browse button

Image is uploaded

Your siggy image will appear under this: Your Current Signature Picture

Next to your siggy pic, you'll see this: Insert Signature Picture -> Click on it and a *tag* will appear up in the Edit Signature box.

Tag will look like this (SIGPIC)(/SIGPIC) ->Blue will actually look like [ ]

Highlight the whole (sigpic)tag, Click the Globe Link, Insert your Site Link, Click OK.
