question for tutu sellers

For those of you who sell tutus online, how much tulle do you keep in stock? (Number of rolls on average and typical colors.)

I'm struggling with a happy medium between want and need and would love some input. Thanks!

I only buy 100 yard spools and I keep about 25 in stock at all times. I always have at least 2-3 rolls of fucshia, hot pink, pink, white, and black in stock.

I also always try to get 100 yd. spools, depending on the color it may not be available but most of the time it is. When I 1st started out, I only offered a couple of really popular colors, but since my biz has grown, my ability to keep more tulle in stock has also grown. I almost always have: Pink, White, Lavender, Hot Pink, Tinkerbell Green, Purple, Orange, Red, Kelly Green, Ivory, Yellow and when it's really busy I add peach, lt. blue, turquoise, teal, brown & black.

Well I am one of the few that use tulle on the bolt. I buy the whole 50 yard bolts. I'm not home right now but just off the top of my head I would say I have about 20 50 yard bolts of tulle. I started using the tulle by the bolt and LOVE it I tried by the roll later and didn't like it. I have 2 bolts each of 3 pinks and then 1 bolt each of all the other colors.

I try an keep at least 1 100y roll of most colors

I get mine from BB Crafts.

Doesn't the cutting drive you mad? Have you perfected a method that you'd share? I'd love to use the bolt tulle because there are some really pretty colors and storage would be easier.
