Those who use Freewebs
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I started a page and will use it for now. I want to have my own domain name and would love my own site design, but I have no idea how to do all of that stuff. I see on freewebs, I can upgrade and have my own domain name but then I have to register that name in addition to the site costs correct?
Will someone explain the basics of having your own site please?

I have a free webs site too but haven't registered a domain name yet but the way I understood, its supposed to come with the domain name if you pay for an upgrade. I know someone who has a free webs website and she didnt do an upgrade. She just pays $20 a year for her domain name! Don't know if this helped but I tried!
