I just registered with WAHM shoppes and have received my emails but it is all just a bit confusing. Can someone help me out and be really basic because this is all a bit daunting for me. I have also purchased a web design from Designs by Deanna and paid for it but I only did that today so I haven't heard back or anything which is fine. I just don't know what to do next...

I would wait for her to upload your template before you really start setting things up.

BUT, in the meantime, I would start outlining your site. What Categories do you want to have and what products will be under each? Find a picture for all of them that you like, and if you don't have one, make a new one and/or take a picture. You could also set up some of your global drop down menus (for things like the colors you always have in stock, or clip choices, or things like that). Did you go with mode 4? if so, I can give you more specific instructions for things.

I'm right there with you Chantilly. I opened an account yesterday but haven't received my emails yet.

I haven't found a template that works for me so I was thinking of starting in mode one and adding pics then upgrading the mode once I find a template I really like.

I'm pretty overwhelmed by it all too.

I haven't selected anything yet as far as modes go. I haven't even logged in because I dont want to stuff up. But more than likely I'll go with 4. Deanna has now emailed me back and my purchase actually includes installation. Does that mean I just forward her the emails from Tony at wahm shoppes an she does it all for me?

hehe i have had my shop open for about three months bought a design had it instaled uploaded some stuff and still cant figure it out! but im really riding the short bus when it comes to this stuff! i guess i will be asking for help from you when your up and running
