What mode?

For those of you that have wahmshoppes what mode do you use? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Mode 4 - I can't tell you it is better than the others, because I have only used this mode and it works for me.

you can chk out with WAHM Web Design - Web Designer for the WAHM. Kristi did the template for me! Very very friendly lady. She was there until 2 midnight helping me out!

oh yes, i use Mode 4 but if you ask me unless you are familiar with HTML and CSS..dont try any new codes..You will be wasting time. Hire a designer to do the webdesign and you concentrate in organizing photos and others.
Even if you are well versed with coding its better someone else to do the job. Too much work is not fun!

ALl right I have NO experience with html I don't even have a clue what it stands for. I don't have a lot of $$$ to spend on a template or web designer. I have no earthly idea what I'm doing.

I use mode 4 too and it's the best, IMO. But, I think you will need some help with a template and whatnot to set up in that mode. The link someone else posted for Kristi is great - she has some very affordable templates and will help you get everything up and running. However, if you can't afford to do a template right now, I would suggest picking one of the lower modes, one that when you read the description you understand everything it says, and go from there - when you get more comfortable with it or some money saved up, you can always change modes - it doesn't cost anything extra to switch and can be done at any time. HTH!

What do I do first? Does it walk you through it? Do I finish bows takes pics and then do the website? I'm just not sure and how in the world does pay pal work. Do we have a sticky on that?

It does walk you through it pretty well.

You will sign up at WAHMshoppes and then it will take a few days for them to send you all the log-in information. When you initially sign up, it asks you to choose a mode. I'd just go with 1 for now since that is the simplest - you can always change it later. Then, once you have all the log-in info and you log-in, it will have some choices for you about backgrounds and layout and such.

Do you have a paypal account? If not go to www.paypal.com and register. You sign up and create an account just like forums, but you have to put in info about your bank account or a credit card which is where the money will come from when you pay. Then, when you shop at places that accept paypal, it will walk you through it - those people should have everything set up on their website for paypal to work for you.
