Shoppe pro WOW!! what customer service

She had my store up and welcome packet to me in 4 hours. Wow!!! and i purchase a web design and she is almost done..... Boy, i am truly impress with this company. I order WAHS Shoppe 2 weeks ago and he never even answered my emails. I cancelled him last week, cause of the lack of customer service. Boy am i glad!!! This company is on the ball!!!

I Completely agree! I just registered for them this week as well. I know it's slightly more expensive than the others, however nothing beats great customer service and follow up.

I emailed her yesterday because I was having trouble receiving emails to one of my accounts, and i think she answered me within an hour of filing my request for help!

I have had my site with her since October & she has been amazing. I am not too sure she actually sleeps. In all the time I've had my site, it was only down 1 time briefly & I didn't even know it, she informed me of it. I have to say that is an awfully good track record compared to a lot of people I've heard from.
I am so glad that I was pointed in her direction.
