Website comment spam

I have all of a sudden been getting spam in my website comments. A few people have sent me emails and never responded ? I wonder if they were just trolling for something. But the last 2 or 3 days I have been getting tons of emals from obviously fake email addys. They are like anhdhfeui@ndfiugfn.khv
Today I deleted over 20 of these, yesterday I had probably 15 of them. Is anyone else getting these? Is there any way to stop these?

I got some of those too not that many, I would say only about 3.
But I don't get what there trying to do? The first one I got they asked a question about shipping and I replied not knowing and I did not get a response

I keep getting link requests for casino websites. I even took my link exchange down since my site is closed until after I have my baby and I'm still getting the request.

Oh my goodness- I could NOT remember who posted this the other day. A couple days I got 15 spam's in my questbook-- all timed within 1 minute apart with fake- crazy email addresses. Where it asks for name- it would say: name1, name2. So crazy!! I even looked at my website stats for that time- and can't find where they entered my site???
