Yes-- an A-hearn is like a storage building. This one is insulated, etc!!! So it technically will be like an extra room to our house, just not attached!

oh-- It is 16 x 30, insulated with a small room they used a a utility room (childrens playroom!) and an air conditioner already!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Y'all-- I feel like I just won the lottery!! We do have to pay to have it moved and I don't know how much that will cost. It has to be moved about 30 miles. Buy-- GOODNESS I am excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just had to share!
