I think I discovered an easy free way to store my ribbons!

Well most of us have children right? Well you must have gone through alot of baby wipe containers. I do and Instead of throwing them away, reuse them!

Use them to store your ribbons and trims. Anyways. they are small enough to carry with you somewhere. You can have multiple ones for each size/type of ribbon.

Other uses for the wipe containers:
I use in my babies top drawer to hold baby socks.
Use them in the bathroom for toiletries
Use in the playroom to sort small toys

Use in the car for a small trash bin

I am currently organizing, so I will post a picture when I am done.
Hope this helps some of you.

That's what I do too Miranda. I've got about 10 of them floating around with various crayons and whatnot in them. Hmmm, may have to "borrow" some from my children.

That is a great idea. I buy wipes in bulk from Sam's Club so I don't have the plastic containers. I do have one from a few years ago though. great idea!

Here are the pictures of my Ribbon cart. I labeled the wipe containers by size, for the smaller size ribbon. I have the larger size in the borttom drawer in those clear plastic lingerie boxes you would use in your sock/underwear drawer.

As you can see in the last picture, I have to keep them in drawers, otherwise the little hands want to play with all my ribbons.

Miranda,

The one I am using is a 3 drawer plastic rolling cart. I used it for my Babies dresser until now. He graduated to a real dresser, and how convienent to have this for my ribbon now! And I used his baby wipe containers to sort the top drawer. There are always multiple uses for something.

Great ideas, thanks for sharing them with us. I just threw away an empty container three days ago.

I didn't even think of that. I went to the dollar store and bought a bunch of the plastic shoe bins.

Same here. We have a container of wipes in the kitchen and one is the girls' room. I just buy the refills when we run out. Sounds like a great idea though.

I only have a couple of wipes containers since I buy refills too. Might need to start picking up new tubs...hmmm
