Where and how do

you store your bows inbetween shows,,,,
and even for the ones that don't do shows??
do you make bow holders and just clip them on there or do you leave them on the displays, do you worry about dust,dirt???

I don't know where or how to store mine so any and all ideas are appreciated

I found some of those plastic stackable christmas ornament holders on sale for $5 at K-mart. They work so nice & I can make each cubbie the size that I want.

I have the plastic tubs from Wal-Mart. They seem to be working for me.

Some of mine are in plastic tubs. Others are clipped to ribbons hanging on closet doors.

I have a friend who bought soft drinks as a fundraiser and is going to give me the crate-thingys they came in. I'm hoping they will stack and leave room in between for not crushing bows. It won't help with dust though... hmm. Guess it's time for more plastic totes. Dh says I have boxes for my boxes, but I disagree! (well, ok, maybe one or two)

I hang 4 36-inch ribbons from a children's hanger. I tote all my bows with these hangers. It works very well for me and I've not had to worry about dust.

Incidentally I have 16 hangers FULL of bows! That's 16 X 4= 64 YARDS of bows clipped one after another. That's a lotta bows! LOL

I clip them on ribbon and put them neatly into a plastic box. For parties I just pull out the ribbon and everything is ready to go (of course there needs to be a little fluffing).

Half of my kitchen now looks like a bow shop! I keep all of my bows on there displays from my shows. I think it helps with inventory too because I can see where one needs to be replaced.
