All the emails get to me too, now I just delete the ones I don't want to read. Most are repeats like go to bed so once you read it once you can just read the header and delete. I can do the dishes and the laundry but need the zone hints. I would have never thought to wash my door, really I don't recall my Mom ever doing that so it never occured to me duh it's dirty lol Since it is broken down into little things it keeps me from feeling overwhelmed. I would put of really deep cleaning say my foyer because I knew it would take all day, it really helps to have someone say hey it's ok to do only 15 mins at a time, heres what to do today. Since the last time I was on it they have added a kids program and I am really liking that, instead of saying go clean your room I say go pick up the bottom of your closet, all it will take is 5 mins and your done then you can play. Also for dh too! If I'm doing something instead of me saying hey can you clean the kitchen and him not wanting to cause he feels it will take forever, I can say can you please just wipe down the fridge or whatever and little by little it all gets done
