Default Business licence, were to get?

I have my own photography and small creations business. My question is can I use my parents address to get my business license in my hometown. We are in the same state. I will be holding all of my photo sessions and craft shows in my hometown and only running my website and possibly sending out creations in the mail here.
The main thing I am worried about with getting one here is that with living in an apartment building there is going to be something that comes up within the city that will not allow that. There is also a difference in business license rates of $25 for hometown $75 here.
What would you do?

I would go ahead and use your parents address.. I had to do something similar at one time because even though we live in the same "city"? I'm actually considered "county" cause Im out in the country.. Just make sure all your stuff has that addy on it...Or get yourself a PO Box.. Thats what I did for my biz stuff anyways.. it's just easier hacing a PO Box..

I would get it at your parents' address for now. I know myself I have just got all my starting business stuff together and I am a little confused on everything as it is.
