Default Please help me with pricing!!

Hey ladies so I made a 14 solid bow set for my cousin's baby shower. I posted a pic on FB & received 3 orders. I normally sell these basic ones for $4.00 each but was thinking $45 for a set of 15 (one girl wants to add another color). Does that sound fair? Please give me some pricing tips, Thanks!

sorry for the bad pic

since you sell one for $4, figure out pricing for sets of say 3, 6, 12, & 15....make sure you add a slight discount from one set to another to encourage someone to buy more, like .50 off per bow if you buy so many...but the price you are asking seems more than fair..

I was thinking it sounds too cheap too, that comes out to only $3 a bow, and BTW, your basic bows are too cute

Beautiful! I was thinking that was on the low side, too! I don't offer "package deals" and sell a ton of bows. My thinking is like this. If you want one bow. You will buy one and will only buy more if you spend less. I don't think that is fair. There will be someone who comes along right behind them and would buy 20 at regular price and not bat an eye at it.

What size are these? Bows like this of mine that are about 2 1/2" I sell for $6/ea!!! Just plain twisteds w/o spikes or anything are $4.

Those are gorgeous! I sell my solid color stacked bows like that for $7 each. I might go as low as $5 each for 15.

Don't give your bows away!!! =) They are too pretty for you to do that.

Maybe try asking $5.50 for one. The discount if they buy more than 3. I am saying $5.50 because your bows are very nice. Do not undersell your work.

So $5.50 x 15 colors = 82.50 That is high for all of them together. So naturally a discount would sound about right. How about giving them 20% off? They would pay roughly around $65 for 15 bows which is very good. The $45 is practically giving them away. Sorry but $3-$4 for those bows is like working for nothing.

They will want some kind of discount and you can offer maybe $10% for 3 or more. 15% off for 9 or more and then the 20% for 15 or more.
