I am not trying to start anything, but here is a little information that you all may or may not know already that could help you in the future:

If you paid for any of your purchases with a credit card...even if it was through paypal you CAN get your money back. A supplier can't just show proof of shipment...they have to show proof of delivery! PROOF of ACTUAL delivery to you!

If you didn't receive something you should have received...you should contact the supplier and inform them you will be contacting your credit card company and initiating a chargeback (which costs suppliers money) and tipping them off to the supplier's "fraudulent" activities.

I would also still inform paypal as they make notes on this person's account. If there are enough of these complaints, paypal WILL suspend/close this person's account and prevent them from reopening it. I hope this helps someone out there and I'll add more as I think of it!!!

Oh yes....ALWAYS pay for your items with a credit card...even if you have money to do otherwise...it ALWAYS guarantees you're protected!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, just so you know that if you use paypal and do a charge back (yes, you will get your money back. But, basically Paypal loses their money first (before they attempt to get money back from the supplier), so Paypal has been known to freeze people's accounts for months for doing a charge back. Just want to warn everyone about that.

Even if you use RME though, if she doesnt have proof of delivery then you should have reason for a refund right?? I'm still waiting for the BBB to get back to me, i called this morning :-) They said a negative report is being generated and you will be able to see it online.

What does a negative report do? Sorry, I am not very familiar with the workings of RME

I guess thats when you have to use the BBB. Sucks to have to do that but it's fro problems like this.
It's a partner of hers that does her RME thats why i got my money back....email that other girl, she should be more than happy to help

Don't do your chargeback through paypal, just contact your credit card company...they usually will issue a temporary credit immediately and then will finalize it after all information is received! Paypal is just a pain in the patootie! However, do report them to paypal, as I said, they will make note of it which will get the person in trouble if they have enough complaints!!

What I meant was that if you do a charge back with your CC company, paypal loses money first (before trying to get it back with the seller), so paypal will freeze your account because you did not allow them to resolve the issue and allow them to decide if the seller should keep the money or if you should be refunded. Does that make sense?

Paypal really is a pain to deal with when you have disputes. I hate that they can just pull money out of your account and freeze it whenever they want.
