I think its sad people these days will steal, especially at a garage sale where things are cheap I've thought about it, but I don't think I will

I've not done it but when I was set up at a craft show I met someone who had previously had a booth (bows & books-I think) there last year and she had mentioned that a neighbor of hers was having a garage sale and had asked her if she would like to put some bows out. Anyway, she put an ad in Craigs list about having bows there and one lady drove almost an hour just to buy some bows. She said that she sold about $40 worth to the lady and a few others. I don't know if that helps.

That's what I did, I sold I had laying around. I didn't make extra and I didn't discount the prices. I'd also do it again.

A friend of mine and I did. We had ribbon t's, flip flops, bows, clips, etc. along with all of the g-sale items. We advertised it as a garage sale/sample sale. I had one lady that bought tons for her granddaughter and came back the next day for more. My friend does the ribbon tabbed jeans and one man bought three of her items. You just never know!
