Question Attempting to make some things for little boys..

So I am not a pro at sewing so I was just trying to come up with something for boys that would be easy. Im clueless!!! I have thought about using simple cute iron ons for onesies and boys t-shirts,buying appliques for that now. Since I know thats easy, and I can do that. But do you have anymore suggestions?
Every craft fair I am at,there are so many people asking if I make boys stuff so I really want to start.
Do any of you make little boys shorts I could buy wholesale? I could make shirts to go with them to make outfits?
I dont know...I really love all the tie shirts all of you make, but again I am not that great at sewing yet. Do they make iron on ties or something?

Hey-I'm a newbie sewer, too and the tie appliques are not hard at all! I cut out my tie shape, use heat-n-bond to iron on to the onesie, and then zigzag stitch around the whole thing. I've made several of these as gifts lately and the mamas were crazy about them. I'm making some now to sell. Good luck-I'll be watching your thread as I am challenged to find stuff to do for biys, too-esp. with a family full of girls!

Here's a link to the pics I posted-they're bad quality, but you get the idea.

I agree, the tie onesies/tees are super easy.

some people around here even go easier!

find some cool fabric, cut with pinking shears, then sew on a rectangle. if its cool fabric, it speaks for itself.

We just made a few tie onesies for the last show we did and they were a BIG hit. The only other boy items we make are step stools and diaper changing pads. If anyone has any other ideas, I'd love to hear them too!

I was going to suggest the tie shirts! Those are stinkin' cute and I keep forgetting to pick up some onsies to make some for my friend.

I like make onesies for my baby i embroider or applique.I also make matching bibs, booties. You can also make monogram tag blankets. This are the thing i have made for my bay boy i am trying to see if i can find any thing else to make for him since it is hard to find cute things for boys.
