I am currently running a buy on them, they are 10 cents each plus the normal fees you can put your order in there as long as you can pay by tomorrow

You use just under a yard of ribbon, you should be able to get 6 headbands from 5 yards

I think it's good to consider how much it costs per headband. Personally though, when I break down supply cost, I actually assume I will only use half the spool of ribbon (or whatever supply) so I consider it to be twice as much. I also price it based on the most expensive ribbon. And, I do plan to make a profit.

This helps make up for all the ribbon that gets bought and not used as well as the cost to have a inventory of supplies. As a business, I have to build that into my costs.

I got my cord locks from the scrub hat lady off of etsy. She's cheaper on etsy than on ebay. you can get them in 50pc or 100. They end up costing about .11 cents each before shipping.

That's where I got mine too! What are these mini locks that I am hearing of?

What width of ribbon are you guys using for your toggle headbands? Is 1.5 inch too wide? Is 5/8 inch too small? Does it differ whether it is for child or adult? Also, would the mini toggles work okay for the adult headbands, do you think? I know the hole is only a millimeter smaller, so I'm assuming it would be okay. Just wanting your thoughts.

Finally, does anyone know if the toggles are okay in regards to the CPSIA? Has anyone had them tested? Are you just saying they are not for ages 12 & under?

Thanks!
