Default How to sample board for wholesale rep, and how should i price?

My questions are about getting set up to sell to a salesperson who has asked me for a design board of my bows.
I was referred to this salesperson by the owner of a local boutique who I sell my bows to. She was so awesome to have given me this opportunity, and I want to make SURE I do everything to the best of my abilities so that I impress this wholesaler.
From what I understand, I will be making bows to match/coordinate with a line of boutique clothing that she distributes in our region. She told me to do my research on pricing, licensing, and basically everything to get prepared for this venture.
I have a sister who is very small business savvy, and she's given me some great advice, but I would really like to consult with all the talented bow makers here on hip girls!
I know there are a ton of threads and posts on here about business related issues, but this is something I'd like to directly ask ytou guys!
I basically would like to find out how to price my bows for wholesale. Like, is there a certain formula for doing so. Also, I'm wondering how far I should go at this point as far as llc, dba, that whole thing??
I don't want to get all llc'd up, and not get this deal. I also don't want to be under prepared either.
Lastly, if any of you oh so creative ladies have any suggestions on design board lay outs, I'm all ears!
Thanks so much for your time, and God Bless!
Sheila
