I am not sure if I am posting this in the right place but I have a question about an Etsy purchase.
I had someone purchase some baby booties that I crochet and she wanted me to make them as small as possible because her baby was born at 27 weeks. I told her that it would be really helpful if she could get me a foot measurement as I have never made them that small and really wouldnt know how big to make them. I also reminded her to make her payment via paypal once the 3 day mark had passed with no payment. Well this was a week ago and still no payment. I am not sure what I should do, normally I would ask one more time for payment and if I didnt get payment or some sort of response I would just contact etsy and cancel the sale. But in this case I keep thinking what if she lost her baby? Or maybe she is just busy going to and from the hospital? So what would you do? Krista |

Or maybe if you have not heard from her in a few more days....just check in, tell her she's been in your thoughts and that you know she must be incredibly overwhelmed and busy. State that you wanted to give her time and are canceling the order for now. When and if she is ready she can reorder.... It gently lets her know you've canceled for now but will pick up the order right where you left off when she is ready....
gosh thats tough.....
