Sometimes, if I know they will be purchasing in the next 24 hours, I go in and remove the shipping... most of the locals know I'll do this for them and convo me asking to do so : )..... I guess thats kind of the same thing as making a custom order though.... just without putting their name on it.... my etsy shop is not super busy so I've never really worried about others purchasing first....
