whats ur shop site? it took me about 2 months for my first sale then they starting pick up. i do lots of advertising on etsy in forum and chats.

Congrats! I am new here, but I have been selling on Etsy for a year now... in a year from now you will have so many orders you'll have a hard time keeping up(at least I do!)

It took a month or so I think for my first sale, it was slow at first, now I have so many repeat customers I don't really post as much or I couldn't keep up!

i'd say 90% of my sales are from the fs chat rooms, but they're still sales! lol.. i did get a random order the other day for 4 items! my biggest order to date! i was so excited. i hope she loves them!

I need to start posting more, but I am getting too many orders from friends and I have lots of school work to do. I am afraid to get too much on my plate at one time!

A family friend asked if I could make a tutu for her daughter, I had made one for fun a while ago and told her I would give it a shot. She loved it and posted pics on her facebook, now I have 3 more tutus and a bunch of hair bows to make for people who saw her pictures. I'm not complaining, I am just not full time with this so it is a lot for me!
