She wrote they were great....hmmm...makes me wonder if she did it on accident. Contact her and find out. She may have not realized. Sorry! However does look like your sales picked up since your "attack"
I love the stuff I ordered! So much I won't let the little monster wear it...lol!

What should I ask her? I have no idea about what to write her. |

I'm so sorry! How awful to just leave a neutral and not even contact you or say why. Maybe it was a mistake. I would contact her and ask her if she was at all displeased with her purchase and could you do anything to make it more of a positive transaction for her. If it was just a mistake, maybe she'd be willing to kiss-n-make-up.
I don't think it will affect your sales though. Her comments were positive, even if she left you a neutral. I just can't figure why she would do that. Weird. I'm so sorry -- I would be very sad too. |

I think it might have been a mistake, or she's just that kind of person. I was happy with the ones you shipped me, and the items were exactly as described.

I would contact her and tell her that you noticed she had a less than positive experience with her transaction and ask if there is anything you could do to change that? If it was a mistake she'll let you know and perhaps you could do the "kiss and make up", or she'll tell you why it was a neutral experience and perhaps there is something you can do. doesn't hurt to ask.
