Buyer purchased hats with flowers, but never said exactly what she wanted...

and I can't get her to answer. She actually ordered 1 black hat with a red flower on it (that was the listing). In her "message to seller" she put "could I have 2 brown hats with pink flowers." So, I want to get her flowers she will like, but I have emailed her and sent her convo's with no response. She purchased last Friday. Should I just keep waiting? I hate to wait because I like to ship my items as fast as I can.

I would try sending her an email instead of going through etsy. If you don't get a response then I would keep trying to contact her.

I sent her two emails AND two convo's. One of the emails had pictures of some flower options.

I would think that she probably wants the same style hat and flower...just the different color.

I would wait until you hear back from her. Just keep trying to contact her - it is possible she just hasn't checked her email lately. I would give her a week from the time of her order and see what happens - esp. since she was so unclear about her order.
