I think I might have posted in the wrong area the first time. I'm going to be opening a Etsy store and would have a banner that is at the top of the page. I was wondering if anyone makes these? And if so how much do you charge?

OMG, thank you...that is fantastic, I didn't know they had that either. I just made my own but was not happy with the way it looked.
