I agree with everyone else. You get excited to find a deal and then look down to see the shipping is outrageous...makes me so mad
 I always move on. If I were you I would go back and change it. JMO

We all hate ebay fees, but that is just the price we pay for using ebay.
I totally agree with everyone else tho about the high shipping to make up for it. I will not buy from a seller that does that. And would probably report the listing for excess shipping. That practice is not new to ebay and they will suspend you for it. So, I don't think you found a loop hole in ebay fees at all, I think you found a way to try to cheat. And in my book that is terrible business ethics.

Yep, it always makes me lose trust for the seller because I feel they are trying to pull something over on me. I understand not wanting to pay such big fees, but as others have said, if you want to sell on Ebay, then you just have to do it. Sacrificing your business rep is not worth trying to make a little extra.

I am sorry but I agree with others. Another thing is, not only about the feeling of finding a deal and then so high shipping cost, but also if the transaction is not as wished and in case I need to file a Paypal dispute, I'll loose all the shipping cost and get only my .99c back. Not safe! I won 't bid on thouse auctions either.

Yeah that's against the rules and alot of people will not bid...I have heard of suspensions even happening for that.

I hate high shipping! Like someone else said,,, i had an experience where i bought a flower girl dress on there for .99 sents and the shipping 15.99 and i got the dress (5 weeks later) and it was torn and not packaged well and i got my refund minus shipping,, so i got .99 cents back! So i will NEVER bid on anything with high shipping! Sorry
