Paypal & eBay site issues??

I've been trying to purchase the "raggie bow" instructions, but I can't seem to connect to Paypal (not even if I try to go to the site directly). I tried eBay (as those two sites are affiliated), but I can't seem to load that site either! I can get on other websites, and I could definitely load eBay as of yesterday! Is anyone else having this problem, or is my connection being weird?

Thanks for the response! So it's definitely something with my connection/computer. Maybe I'll clean out my internet files and cookies...

So I finally called Verizon (I have FIOS), and they let me know that there's an outage in my area that will affect me going to some websites. Should be fixed within a couple of hours.

Problem solved!
