I Hate Customers Who Dont Email!!!!

I have spent a year trying to get one neg feedback off my record and one customer who did not contact me with a problem with the item she bought left me bad feedback! If i discribe something REALLY wrong i will so give a refund even if i state no returns. I will let the customer keep the items and still issue a refund! I wish they would change the feedback system. This really SUCKS. If i could cussm, this would be the time. I am so disappointed UGGG..... there should be a Warning on the kind of damage 1 neg feedback could do to a seller on ebay. Now i have to start all over again!

have you ever had someone scam you? I have. trust me then you will look at the feedback. I have to beware the newbees they dont always know the ins and outs of ebaying.

I always look at feedback. Usually if the person just has one or two bad ones then it doesn't bother me too much. I just think that if they can make 1,000 people happy then the two bad ones are either hateful, very picky or something happend that was out of the seller controll. What I'm trying to say is if I wanted to order and saw that you had one bad feedback I would still order.

I look at feedback too. That's so obnoxious. I've never left neg feedback and only would if the transaction was really bad. i mean, there would have to be some sort of resolution process (like me contacting you) i wouldnot just leave neg feedback without trying to get it fixed first.

I always look at feedback, and 1 neg, will not keep me from buying.
