Here's the link. I think it says 10 days actually, but the sooner the better I say.
What to do when you don't receive your item or it's not as described

I am glad to report that the seller refunded my money. Even the postage! She responded to my email and was very apologetic. I mailed the dress back to her and I was so afraid she would say she did not receive it or something. When you hear so many horror stories you never know what to expect. This one worked out.

I'm glad everything worked out for you. I too have heard horror stories from Ebay but thankfully I have never personally experienced it yet.
Heck I even bought my wedding dress on ebay. The lady promised me it would be there the day before my wedding and that it would fit perfectly and I put my complete trust in her. Thankfully (because I had no backup) it arrived at 1:30 the day before my wedding and fit wonderfully....LOL I look back at that now and could cry at how crazy I was...I mean what if???

I like to buy stuff on ebay but have been burned a few times, too. Good thing she was cooperative about the deal with the dress. I'm getting more tired of ebay sellers who pad their shipping costs to outrageous prices. Granted, I know that it does cost sellers to post on ebay (that's why they up the postage to more than it actually costs). They figure into it their time to package the item, packing supplies, cost to drive to the post office, etc. But it's still annoying for us buyers. I don't think that sellers should be able to pad their shipping prices so much. It's ridiculous.
