I believe she has 7 days to mail it. (I know it is 7 days for someone to pay when you are selling). I would look up the rules or you can live chat with ebay help. If you used PayPal, they should protect you.
My hubby ordered something a month ago and I found communication with the guy was terrible b./c he didn't respond to my email in one day...instead it was 3-4. I had to remind myself that not everyone mails things out as quickly as I do and not everyone checks their site every hour (at least!!). Did she offer a tracking number in her description? Did you buy optional insurance? |

If you paid with PayPal and you didn't get a tracking number yet, most likely she hasn't shipped it. If you purchase from USPS through PayPal it automatically sends out an email with the tracking number.
Hopefully you will get an email back so it will put your mind at ease. |

paypal has you coverd. they are really good about these things if no response after 7 days file a claim and paypal will take over. just stay on top though. check it every day if you miss a deadline you may eat a loss.

I hope you receive it okay! I don't trust paypal to cover anything because a few years ago I bought a statue for $60 for father's day and it never came. The guy shut down his whole website the next week, phone number was disconnected, didn't answer emails, etc.
Paypal did not get my money back.... Ebay will be better about defending you though... Let us know how it turns out! |

Do not depend on Paypal alone...if the person doesn't have money in their account, they cannot get your money back. Always use your credit card through paypal. After paypal tells you they couldn't recover your money, contact your credit card company and do a chargeback. You will automatically win a chargeback unless the person can prove delivery. NEVER use funded Paypal....unless you don't need your money...LOL

i got my money back. The lady was a fraud! She emailed me on my private email and refunded all my money, saying that she over charged me for shipping. (which was free)..she said she would refund $10 extra.
She sent me another invoice through paypal that wasn't connected to my ebay purchase asking me to pay this invoice instead BIG red flag for me!! I cancel the invoice and told her i would not complete this purchase again. If i would of done tht I would not of been covered though paypal at all. she would stole my money |
