I think that is the easiest way to learn - having someone there with you showing you how to do it. Maybe a lady in your church or something? Don't give up though because once it "clicks" you will be SO addicted. I love that I can do it without really having to think so it's great to take on road trips or just when you are in bed in the evenings.
