I found the flower pattern but the hat looks like a basic beanie pattern with a shell pattern on the bottom... What do you think?

I had a pattern somewhere for the scalloped hat. It might have been deleted when my computer crashed though. Let me look.

Can't find it. There may not have been a pattern - I can't really remember. The hat is all single crochet and the scallop I think is 5 dc in one stitch, 1 sc in one stitch and repeat all the way around.
