Really? I've never tried it. It's just a tight single crochet basically, isn't it? Do they work up pretty fast? And what kinds of things do you make? I wouldn't even know where to start on pricing.

They don't work up as fast as hats but they aren't too bad. Bunnies would be cute for spring. I try to do some that boys might like since the hair bows are for the girls. Dinosaurs, dragons, dogs and monkeys usually sell fast. I sell mine for $9.

That seems like a lot of work for just $9. I love the look of it, but I would have to make it in about an hour for that. I really want to try it though. Maybe I'll make some things for my baby girl for starters.

I don't know if you have enough time, but a plarn beach mat could probably sell for a lot. And if the plarn breaks it's easy to hide. I think people would like an earth-friendly mat for the beach (global warming and all). Make them in cool colors. If you are comfortable with plarn, maybe make the mat roll-up-able (is that a word?), or add some sort of applique, or maybe have stripes or something.
