Default First Handmade Market

Just wanted to share some pics of my first ever stall at a handmade craft market today. Tutus are the darndest things to travel with. I had some crammed into one of those vacuum pack bags, but they were all wrinkled by the time I got there. Sat the rest of the tutus on the front seat of the car and holding them together with some long pieces of tulle. Spent the best part of 2.5 hours fluffing them out again after I had finished setting up my marquee. Anybody got any ideas on how to travel with tutus so that they don't get all wrinkly? Mind you, I did have 65 of the buggers.

Your set up is beautiful! I love the banners and curtains, it's very inviting.

No help with any "travelling tutu tips"... but would it be possible to take a garment steamer of some sort with.... may be quicker than hand fluffing?

Love your hanging tutus - they look like they are almost floating... would you share how they are hung up please...?

That's an awesome set up!!! Soooo cute!! I make tutu's also, but not quite as many as u have! My thing I use to transport mine were the flat underbed storage containers. I leave them on my hangers (clip/pants hangers) and alternate them as I put them in the container. Good luck and I hope that helped!!

How many times did you hear, "I wish I had a little girl to buy one of these for!" ???

lol

Looks great, although when I first saw it my first thought was, I bet it took hours to get all of those tutus fluffed!!!
Great job!

LOVE your booth!! It just screams girly and princess. The curtain adds such a softness to the booth...brilliant idea.
