2nd show

I did my 2nd craft show this past weekend. I think that I did good. My booth space was $50 and I made $114, so I had a $64 profit. I sold 1 headband and the rest was clippies. I had made 2 dozen bows and didn't sell any of them. I take that back, I did sell 1 of my 4 1/2" convertible bows and I got an order to make 2 more. I got an invite to do a booth in a home and garden show. The only problem is that the show is on April 25. That doesn't give me much time to replenish my stock. Plus the cost is $300. I am afraid that I would not make enough to cover my booth. I think that I am going to pass that one up. I was also invited to do a booth at a children's consignment sale in the fall. I will probably do that one I am just waiting on the info. Also I had a lady buy some of my clippies and she said that was going to ship them to her sister to put in her upscale children's boutique. She lives in a different state than I do. She thinks they will be sold in a week and that her sister will probably order some more from me. I am excited! I had to share. I forgot to take my camera with me so I don't have pics to share. I will post a pic of my custom order when I get it finished.

I sent my photobucket link to her yesterday. She emailed me back and said that she had taken pics of the clips that she bought and emailed them to her sister and she seemed interested. So she told me that she would forward my link to her. Maybe I will hear something soon. I will definately let everyone know what happens as soon as I hear something.

Children's Consignment sales do good. I do 2 of them a year and I always do pretty good. I would try to do that one if you can.
