So I am working on the bow holders that look like tutu dresses. They are coming out really cute but I am at a loss on how to display them unless I buy some kind of rack. I am trying to keep my spending down by using what I have around the house. I am eying the coat rack but don't think it will fit in my car. Any other ideas?

The tutu dresses, tulle skirt & all are about 24" long, 10" wide. I will also have the bow holders made from a d-ring at the top. These are also aout 24" long. The craft show is in a school gym, unless I end up in the school hallway. I am not sure if I will be in the middle of the floor or up against a wall. I will know for sure by weekend. There is also a few spaces on the stage, but don't know if I want to be up there!
Hope this helps you get an idea. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Google Image Result for http://www.hallmark.com/wcsstore/HallmarkStore/images/products/gifts/dvwreathhldr_lg.jpg

I got a wreath holder kinda like this one at Lowes around Christmas that I use to display mine. It works great. It had a hook at the top so you can use both sides. And it is adjustable so you can make it different heights. You may be able to check some Chtistmas sites and see if they have any on sale.

Too bad you didn't have like a wooden pole like a long flagpole that you could lay it flat and have something to hold it up, you could hang it up by some see through line and let them float in the air sorta. Just thinking, it may sound stupid to some, lol.

Ok so would it look totally ridiculous if I hung them from a fake ficus??? I think it would fit in the car.
Thanks for the ideas! You guys are great!

If you do the ficus, I'd add BIG bows randomly to the tree as well. So it looks more like a display, rather than a make-shift holder. In my brain, I'm kind of seeing a 'topiary' type look.

Does that make sense?

I can picture this working out...dont know how, but I can see them hanging like on fishing line behind you, kinda like a banner? Is that what you thought? Idk.

Ok so I was going through all the threads in craft show ideas...and found this...Exactly what I was thinking in my mind but couldnt get it out..

Re: Vertical Display setup

I've also seen ok.. bear with me.. buckets with a 1x2 sticking out of the center, and cement poured in the buckets, around the 1x2. Then she hung string from 1 pole to the other and attached her onsies with clothes pins. We thought about trying this, but attaching bow hangers.

don't know if that makes any sense at all

Of course the bucket would have to be decorated...and her cement idea..covered..but it would be one way that could work. I love this idea..
