Hello,

I am getting my items made for my spring craft show. I have been making clippies. I was hoping to find out if most of you who sell them at craft fairs and such sell more plain clips or do people like the clips that have an applique on them?

Any help would be great!!
Thanks!
Angelia

We sell tons of clips with appliques. But if you do plain clippies for cheap (guess it depends if it's worth your time) , I've found that it is a good upsell. KWIM

Thanks girls!!!

I think I will do the clips with something on them. Our local Michael's is clearing out tons of stuff and I recently found some great buys on things to add to clippies!

Let the glueing begin!!

I sell 50/50. I use the simple lined clips as my "cheap" product. That way - almost every customer that comes to my table will buy something.

big will draw people in but inexpensive will keep them there.
the longer a person stays in your booth the higher the likelihood of a sale.

good luck & namaste!

Totally agree. And if your already talking to them, and they buy a whatever size bigger bow, just pick up a lined clippie, and say " this matches perfectly to hold on to the fly-away's.
We're always amazed when we add up receipts, how those "little" sales add up. Bigger ones add up better... but you know..
