My first ever craft fair!!!

I had my first craft fair at my daughter's school today and I made $380 minus table fee of $30. I'm really happy. I still have a lot of inventory left over so I might try to find another craft fair to do. I did really wel with the little clips, flower clips and headbands. I sold several pony-o streamers that had the schools name on them. I kept track of my inventory so now I can see what sells well in my area. I think for my first craft fair I gained a lot of information and made a profit too. Now it's time to buy more ribbon!!!!!

I am selling at a school next weekend. What kind of bows did you have with school name on them? How did you put the name on it?

I printed rows of the name of the school on iron on transfer paper. Make sure you print it as mirror image. Then I cut the rows into strips. Then I ironed the strips onto white 3/8" ribbon. I used the ribbon in pony-o streamers. They turned out really cute. I made some 9" long and 6" long. My girls have to wear uniforms to school so I knew the pony-o streamers in the school colors and name would be a big hit.
