How many bows in a gift basket?

I think I'll go with the 1 "wow" basket and 2 smaller ones.

Since I'm not the one making money on these, it gives more people an opportunity to bid on something in their price range. I have a feeling the "wow" baskets would start bidding at about $10-$15 and the smaller ones might start at $5-$10.

You might ask the auction organizer to get their opinion on how they envision the event. At my school auction I think the organizer would prefer to have the 2 wow baskets. She works hard at getting donations and combining donations to make all big/wow baskets. It makes them a little more exclusive-less available and therefore more competitivie to get them. Also people are really excited to get a lot of stuff in the baskets. You could ask the auctions organizer if they would mind having a stack of your cards for the taking in front of your up for auction baskets.

You never really know what is going to sell. A couple of others have posted to check with the event coordinator, which isn't a bad idea either. You may not have a say in how your bow baskets are auctioned. As a bidder I would prefer to see a large one and a couple of smaller ones, this way I could bid on all of them and if I didn't win the larger I might have a chance on one of the smaller ones. That's just me though. Good luck and have fun with whatever you choose to do!
