My craft show experience! Lots of pics!

Ok so I was the first person ever selling bows at this craft show. This was very evident when people were asking me if the korkers were for on the top of packages. It also was a very poorly attended show, so all in all I didn't do very well. I made $60 and my DH who took carvings made $30.

I made a bunch of flower pots with bows in, all different sizes and didn't sell any at all.


Even though I didn't do well it was great to have the experience. I was happy with the picture frames I used to display the bows. I got mine all at good will for under $4. And then the shutters I got from my mom and MIL, they worked great to hold the bigger bows. I also put out a piece of paper where people could sign up for an email list to get exclusive online coupons for when my new store is up and running.

Oh my gosh! That is incredible! I love the shutters. I like how you had the bows arranged by price on the boards as well...that makes it easy for a shopper. The flower pots were way cute!

Too bad about the attendance, I would of bought from you!

Thanks everyone! I was very happy with my display too. I'm hoping my next show goes a lot better. I'm not going to give up yet

No I didn't sell any I'm not sure if I'm going to try to sell them online or just hang onto them for shows next year.

Thank you, my husband has been carving for ten years and he really enjoys it. Pretty much all of our Xmas presents are homemade because he carves stuff or I make bows so it works out really well. I attached some more pics of my favorite santas he makes.

Your booth looks great! Sorry about the poor attendence. I did a show this past weekend and for 2 solid hours not a single person entered the doors!!!! I really wish they would have advertised more.
