First Craft Show-Lots of photos

I sold around 600.00 I am still way behind because of the money I have invested to get started. I am looking for more shows to sell at. Here is lots of photos.


This is the bottle cap station. I bought these tie boxes for 10 cents each put scrapbook paper on them and organized them according to theme, school, etc. The stand at the back held the necklaces. Also notice on the right I did a drawing to get email list started for monthly newsletters. My big sign was from an IZOD signed covered with paper and photos. It is kinda heavy but no chance of it blowing away.

These are apples with the school name on them. I labeled each school. The kids and teachers loved them. For the next sale I am going to do basketball.

This is the basket of stuff I gave away. I just went around and put stuff in it. One of my students won the basket I was so excited.



This is what held the drawing slips. It is a Valentine box I got on clearance to put in my daughters bedroom.

congrats! $600 is awesome for your first show. I do mine in October, and hope to do that well. What else did you sell? Everything looked really cute! I would love to see more pics!

More photos and descriptions

This is a box I got for free it had pegs to hang things from. I bought all my stuff from a store going out of business called Dawahares.


This I got for $10.00 it did not have pegs so I had to buy some found five for $1.00 at Big Lots. Notice the hairbands made from ribbon. I love these because they do not hurt your head. I also sold lots of these ribbon key chains. You should make these to sell so easy.


Got this rack for 2.00 I used to for interchangable headbands. What I did was buy packs for $1.00 each at Big Lots. Mom trimmed them down and I hot glued ribbon around them. I sold lots. They are fabric. You can buy these at Walmart I believe. Make some of these put on a baby doll with a bow as an example.

This is flip flops I made for my daughter and she would not wear them. I sold them for $7.00

This is a rack I bought for $20.00 on rollers it came with racks to hold hats I put the doll sleeping bags in them. They did not sell to good. Hopefully they will sell at Christmas sales.


This is a two arm rack that I put the crayon aprons, I had one levi purse and the ID badge holders. The levi jeans and headbands made with fabric. You could also put ribbon through them. I will take a photo later to show you how to make the jeans.


Baby Legs- These were made from knee socks. Mom said they were super easy. I was so excited that she figured these out. I could not find many different designs because knee socks are not out yet. Walmart had a few pairs.

This is a webkins stand. I really don't know why but my customers did not like to look at bows on this stand. Two booths down another lady was selling hairbows they were just laying flat on the table and she was selling bows better than me. She was local so I think that helped her business. I was from the next county over.

This is a closer look at the bows. I made this one using lamb's the wooden bow maker thing. I just bought the bow make and love it. I use for the boutique bow and the cheerleader bow. This is all the pictures I have. Now that I can post I will send more. I want to share photos of Syd's birthday. We are also having a Dora birthday party this coming weekend.

thanks I have been thinking and planning all summer and then in the last two weeks it kinda of just came together. The only problem I couldn't understand was customers did not want to look at the bows on my stand. Also some did not want to come into my booth to look around. They always stayed at the front and looked at that merchandise.
