I have my first craft show Sept. 6 and wanted to have a picture frame w/ a little info/intro about myself, why I do this business, etc. I typed this up and put in a pretty light green frame and thought I'd display it on my table. Let me know if what I wrote is ok, appropriate or if I should add anything, etc. . .thank ladies!

P.S. Hopefully the attachment will work as I have only added pics before! Can copy and paste if needed!

I created this home based business when I realized my little girl Mariella Grace, was definitely not going to have any hair until she was at least one year old! I decided to offer headbands that would allow any baby, hair-less or not to sport bows of any size or style! I make boutique bows ranging in size from 1 inch up to 6-7 inches across. I can make them simple and classic or elaborate and over-the-top for your little trendsetter!
All of my bows are securely attached to a partially lined alligator clip. The ends of the ribbon are always heat-sealed to prevent fraying; therefore allowing your bow to endure lots of wear for years to come! My headbands have a loop of ribbon on the front allowing you to slide your alligator clip through and attach your super cute bow! This makes all bows and headbands interchangeable! Mix and match!
Mariella Bella Boutique also offers hand-crafted tutus, polymer clay jewelry, bow holders, bling onesies, and custom orders.

That is cute but I don't see it as necessary. The space on the table that your little info frame will sit would be better off with something you can sell that will bring in cash. Everyone is different and if you want info on yourself there than what you have is great. Remember, not one of your customers will know it's your first show, they'll just be coming in for your cute stuff If you like the idea of having framed items about your business you could have a bunch of framed pics with your cute little girl sporting your items. Sometimes it's hard for people to picture what the item will look like without seeing it on a child and the pics might help them decide.

Yup, I agree with the other ladies. It is nice, I just don't think anyone will take the time to read it. I bring several 5x7 photos of my girls wearing my bows to give people a better idea of what the look like on. But even that is probably not necessary...

Thanks ladies! I wasn't sure if I needed it or not either- so if there is room on the table, I will use it. I am going to buy a few more frames to put pics of Mariella modeling the items as well. I also think it will help the customers (buy!) to see them on. . .

You could transfer that info onto business cards (that you print at home) and then throw it in the bag with their purchase.

Are you using a 'tent' at your booth? At Sam's club you can print photos onto foam board pretty cheaply. I'm thinking of having some photos 'blown up' and then I'll hang them from the tent. That's another way you can leave more room on your table for sellable stock, but still display photos.

That is a good idea about the pictures! I think if you have room by the cash area, set it up. Then while people are waiting for you to make the sale and are done browsing, they can read it. If you don't have the room, maybe just make a flyer to put in the bag. I liked the part about your little one not having much hair and that being your motivation. My chunky monkey had so much hair, she came out with a hairy tush crack and a hairy forehead. Whew...thank goodness, it has all fallen off!!!
